Battlefield 6 developers U-turn on a multiplayer adjustment following community feedback
EA and Battlefield Studios have done a major U-turn on a drastic Battlefield 6 change made earlier this week, following community feedback.
This change, which saw initial spawn ticket figures decrease across the board for the Conquest game mode, has been removed entirely. In addition, the timer limit has been reverted back to its original 45-minutes.
Conquest, a series staple mode, has two teams clash over objectives on a large map. The attacking team has to destroy each sector’s objectives before time runs out and their spawn tickets run dry.

This change was initially made in hopes to better the play experience for Conquest, which Battlefield Studios believed was hitting the time limit too often, dragging on a little too long for their liking. However, this change received a lot of negative feedback, with many Battlefield players valuing the long-lasting team battle dynamic players found in Conquest.
